Machine Health Checker (MHC) has wide ranges of products. Its function is to give the accurate measurement of rolling element bearing, journal bearing, gearbox, motor. The MHC products can take reading from machine straight away without any prior knowledge of bearing information. It only takes 15 seconds to get results wether the machine status is OK! or NOT! However, with the higher specification model such as MHC Memo Pro can also provide spectrum analysis of bearing defect frequency. Another emphasis can be made that with acoustic emission technology the MHC can give accurate yet reliable results for slow speed rotating machinery (down to 0.25 rpm).
